​Carpe diem by An-Gie travels to your Home, Resort, Boutique Hotel, Airbnb’s stays, and Holiday Apartments in Perth metropolitan see the service area that is covered.

All personal information held by Carpe Diem by An-Gie is treated as private and confidential. It is to be used solely by Carpe Diem by An-Gie and will not be disclosed to other parties.

Can be requested via phone, text message, Facebook Messenger, email or via the booking request form on carpediembyangie.com website.

Please note, bookings are not automatic until confirmed by return message. 
If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24hours in advance. This allows adequate time for us to contact clients on our waiting list who need to be seen urgently.

If 24 hours or more notice is given, then you are entitled to a full refund or credit for a future booking or as a form of a Carpe Diem by An-Gie gift certificate. This can be emailed to you within one working day.

If less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value will be charged and the balance will be refunded.

Last minute No-notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the original booking value.

All bookings must be paid in full at time of bookings and can be via Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS. No credit is allowed. Electronic receipts can be supplied.

Once you have made your selection you will be redirected to Stripe to finalise the payment.

Pricing includes consultation, treatment with supply of travel, massage table, linen, towels, oil, and music.

A small travel fee may apply to certain areas outside the offer Service area 
(see in contact page).

In areas with limited street parking where there is no alternative but to use pay parking to attend your appointment. You will be charged for the parking fee.

It is important that you inform Carpe Diem by An-Gie at the time of booking of any medical conditions that needs to be aware of, including:

• Heart conditions
• High/low blood pressure
• Cancer
• Allergies
• Pregnancy (not treated)
• Current injury
• Recent surgery

For remedial and therapeutic treatments, you will be given a form via email after the payment is completed regarding your health record at the time of your booking.

Mobile Carpe Diem by An-Gie is a non-sexual service and respects the privacy, modesty and dignity of clients and maintains appropriate draping and professional boundaries.

Underwear must be always worn, throughout the duration of the massage.

Carpe diem by An-Gie reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel bookings or orders in its discretion.

Mobile Carpe Diem by An-Gie will care for the health, wellbeing, and comfort of clients with the utmost skill appropriate to my current qualifications as a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.
